DC Hats

DC hats are really cool stuff I have a few of them myself and they always look awesome with any outfits. I think my favorite all time DC hat is the DC flexfit hats. Like the Jamal III hat show here below. This one is my favorite even though it can be a pain to keep a lid like this really nice and clean. It features a really simple clean look with a nice 3-D raised DC logo on the front and a smaller one on the back. Very cool indeed. This hat is named after DC pro skateboarder Jamal Smith.

He’s been a pro for awhile now and can be seen ripping up the streets for awhile now and is a pretty technical skater. Ive noticed he does a lot of crazy switch tricks and just stuff to mess with your mind! In interviews Jamal seems like a nice
genuine guy who dislikes Nazis and loves pop tarts. Check out his hat and also check out his Tornado Spin trick tip below.

Another DC hat I really love is heir Coverage hat…this is quite a bit wider and a different style say from the flexfit caps. I have one in black and one in red and they’re both pretty cool. Made from 100% cotton so if you wash yours make sure to use cold water and do not dry them!. I made that mistake once before with an older cap and it never fit good again. It’s got that huge logo across the front and has a pretty bold look. So if that’s your thing maybe check these out.

DC Shoes have been around for a long time now and is one of the most successful skate companies ever. With big heavyweights like Rob Dyrdek and Danny way running the show it’s no wonder. The company is American and in case you’ve been living on the moon or something they specialize mostly in shoes and gear for extreme sports, like skateboarding, snowboarding, and motocross just to name a few. Not too long ago the company sponsored one of the world’s first skate plazas, located in Kettering, Ohio. This monster skate park was designed and forged by skateboarding pros Colin McKay

and of Dyrdek, of Rob and Big fame. This monster project is one of the worlds very first parks for street skaters as opposed to the parks of the 80’s and 90’s which were mainly built around mini ramp and vert skating.
On March 10, 2004, DC Shoes was bought out by Quiksilver for

around $87,000,000
